I can't realy see the reverse of the coin, is ther a wheel behind the throne?
If yes, this coin is clearly a roman coin, if not this coin can't be an official coin, the bust is draped but the Antiochene FORTVNA REDVX don't exist with this bust (like refered in the Roger Bland thesis)
I will check my database to find an obverse die link but I think this coin is not an official issue...

I think it's an imitation from an irregular mint.
